Private One on One sessions
From basic obedience to aggression-packages below
Teaching families how to train a dog to modify their behavior and make better choices is challenging work. Change always is. That is why we are SO confident in our program that we offer continued support even after your one on ones are finished at NO charge. If you are doing the work, we are happy to offer that. I'm assuming that anyone walking in my door with a dog with behavioral issues is ready to do what it takes at home to change their relationship with their dog.
Your commitment at home ---For obedience work you will need to do 2, 15 min session with your dog 6 days a week. That's it! You will also incorporate two short walks or one long walk most days for most clients. You are probably already doing this. We will just make some tweaks to HOW you are doing it that will make a big difference.
For behavioral issues it is 2, 15 min sessions with your dog and a walk. Not as much as you think! We'll also be helping you learn HOW to live with your dog when you're not working with your dog. It's the most important part.
***We provide homework materials, schedule and video references for you. We do not teach things you don't need. I think that really sets us apart. You'll only learn what you need to for your dog and your situation rather then spending time on drilling a ton of obedience that doesn't really work on the core issues.

Many people have done training in the past with their dog, but still can't get that reliable recall (come command). It's important to us that you are able to go hiking, go to a park, travel and have a dog you can depend on to come back to you. We target e-collar foundation in the first session, provide the owners homework and then set up distractions in the second session.
Educator E-collar Mini ranging from $200 to $230 depending on size of the dog is an additional cost. We provide them for you and anything else necessary.

We meet at my location in Santa Clarita or a local park to work. Most people use 3 lessons, but we offer a 4th for anyone motivated enough to continue to learn or for some dogs that need some extra guidance.
These sessions are 1-2 weeks apart at the most.
This covers basic unwanted behaviors like pulling on the walk, recall (come command), jumping up on people, and general bratty behavior.
The dogs will learn the basic commands like place, come, sit, down, let's go and heel (loose leash walking).
We use a variety of tools for these sessions depending on the behavioral issues and the reliability wanted by the family. (e-collar and prong collar or slip leash) Ecollar is always used for the reliable recall. We tailer the program to clients, so if an off leash recall isn't your focus, you might be able to do just leash work. We can set up a phone call to discuss your specific goals for you and your dog.
(I will travel to your home for these lessons, it's just double the cost)
You will be given guidelines and homework to work with the dog between sessions and this will truly give you a happier, calmer dog.

Sometimes, we come across people that have had multiple trainers and their dogs improved greatly...but there are some things that just aren't clicking and you feel like maybe there is no more you can do. I understand that so I am now offering individual lessons to dogs that already know all of their obedience, they are worked with often, but they are still having reactivity issues or bad manners in the home. The price depends on the location of the appointment. If you can't afford yet another program, or feel you don't need one, please still inquire and we can talk and see about doing an individual lesson. It will range from $250-$650, depending on the location of the lesson in surrounding counties. I will travel up to 2 hours or you can come to me.

This is a good way to get a family started with a new puppy. We meet in our environment to cover everything from basic commands to potty training and puppy biting. Check out our puppy videos and get yourself started right by contacting us.
Full puppy one on one program
4 owner lessons-$750
4th lesson in YOUR home if within 15 miles. I'll go further for an additional fee.
Lessons are around 90 minutes or as long as we need.
This is going to cover more basic obedience and how to LIVE with your puppy long term, not just when working with your puppy. It includes a lesson in your home as long as you are within 15 miles from Santa Clarita. Any further is just an extra charge. We do this often and I don't mind driving. In home sessions can be so beneficial.
